In order to comply with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties, Ferrumaja, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter, the Responsible Party), with address for conventional purposes at Callejón Mezquital 1006, Colonia Mezquital, Apodaca, Nuevo León, establishes the responsibility for the processing of personal data observing the principles of legality, consent, information and loyalty.

The data that will be disclosed by the Employee Candidate will be all those necessary for the Responsible to register with the different governmental, banking institutions, or service providers in question or request employment references from companies listed in their employment history . The data processing that the Responsible will carry out includes the evaluation, analysis, use, management, exploitation, transfer, disposition, storage, access, and any other analog, that is necessary for the Responsible to offer the Employee Candidate a job that fulfills with the formality required by law as well as additional services or benefits in compliance with their respective corporate purpose.

The Responsible Party undertakes to treat the data disclosed by the employee with strict confidentiality in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its regulations, applying the necessary physical and technological measures in order to safeguard the integrity of disclosed data.

In the event that the Employee Candidate wants to limit the use or disclosure of their data or exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, they may do so, consulting the procedure established with the Human Resources Dept. at tel +52 ( 81) 8351-1900 ext 119. For his part, the Employee Candidate may revoke the consent granted here at any time. The foregoing in the understanding that retroactive effects will not be given to the revocation requested by the Holder.
