Common Problems of Flat Bar and Strips Mill
-Generally the actual weight is greater than the theoretical weight (+ 3%)
-When making figures, the residual scale of the product is detached in the bends.
-Solder penetrates after 2 or 3 attempts.
-To be able to paint, sanding or polishing is required beforehand to prevent the detachment of the paint due to excess mineral on the surface.
